Best practices er ben\u00e6vnt i flertal for at tydeligg\u00f8re, at der ikke kun er \u00e9n best practice, men flere \u2013 afh\u00e6ngig af situationsspecifikke forhold.<\/p>\n<p>Fem virksomheder med erfaringer p\u00e5 omr\u00e5det, og som har opn\u00e5et forretningsm\u00e6ssige resultater gennem implementering af S&amp;OP, indg\u00e5r i denne fase af projektet.<\/p>\n<p>Fasen vil afd\u00e6kke de 3 P\u2019er for hver virksomhed \u2013 Process, People &amp; Performance. Fasen vil blive gennemf\u00f8rt gennem personlige interviews med deltagere fra b\u00e5de salgs- og operationssiden samt udarbejdet sekund\u00e6rt materiale om S&amp;OP processerne fra virksomhederne.<\/p>\n<p>Der vil blive udarbejdet videoer om succeskriterier og faldgrupper ved S&amp;OP implementeringerne samt de forretningsm\u00e6ssige fordele, der er opn\u00e5et via implementeringerne.<\/p>\n<p>Fasen vil ligeledes levere praksisorienterede artikler og case materiale til undervisningsbrug.
